Galloway House has three well appointed bedrooms and offers an impressive space to suit all ages whether you are planning a quiet family holiday or a celebration break. This house has everything you would expect of a top quality self-catering holiday. Large kitchen with table to seat 8 comfortably. At one end of the kitchen are some large leather sofas and coffee table. The perfect place to sit and chat or quietly read a book by the fire. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The living room has two sofas one of which is a double sofa bed. Adults can chat on the sofa around the fire in the Kitchen area whilst the children play and watch TV in the living room.
Through the oak door and also on the ground floor is the master bedroom suite complete with large walk in wardrobe and spacious ensuite bathroom. The twin room and the family bathroom are also on the ground floor.
Upstairs is a beautiful double room with ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe offering superb views across the Yorkshire countryside.
Outside the house is a lovely secluded and sunny paved area, the perfect place to sit for that morning coffee or early evening drink. A gas BBQ is provided.
Galloway House is conveniently located for the A1 which means it’s only a 45 minute drive to the lovely Spa town of Harrogate while the Yorkshire Dales and Yorkshire Coast are only a short drive away. There is loads to do on the doorstep of this beautiful and luxurious property which has been renovated to an incredibly high standard.

Dog Friendly
A maximum of two dogs permitted. We kindly request dogs are kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. We are in the process of creating a dog walking area on the farm which will have picnic tables for you to sit and enjoy the views, be it of the Hereford Cows, Hampshire Down sheep or simply the surrounding countryside.
